Finally the bottle opened with a loud pop and a gaseous cloud. And there it was: bubbles! It’s very tasty, with a mild zing against the palate. Wonderful.

Fantastic! I need to try this again too. I reckon it’s like baking bread. It takes a certain touch that requires some practice. Not to give up.
